hi po ask lang po sir kasi nalito lang ako dipoako nagawa ng fondant persinal choice kopo 😅 pero yung mga nakikita kopo na gumagawa ng fondant cake ganache ginagamit perobkayo ay icing ? tama poba or baka nag ganache pokayonng white sorry po mata ko din ay may labo na salamat po .ps kung dipo kayo nagamit jgvganache at pede po pala iyon under ng fondant ang ang icing .pls paki enlighten po ako ty veru much po

I love this way of stacking tiers! I've never seen it done like that before but it makes perfect sense. No more panicking until the next tier is centered and finally set in place, which is always a source of anxiety for me. I love everything about this. Now I want to go bake a cake lol

Beautiful cake, you make it look easy, but I know you are very talented. My daughter asked me to make a wedding cake for her since she is on a budget. I really don't know if I can do it, but I have a question maybe you could help me with. Why do you put the dowling rods in and then put in the plastic straws on top? I am guessing it is because it secures the cake layers, but why do you trim the straws level with the cake, how does that secure one layer to the other if it doesn't go all the way down? Sorry I hope you can explain to me, thanks.
