This dude reminds me a bit of Rito Revolto from MMPR but in cowboy mode and if he acted like his Sentai counterpart. I know this is gonna be a 'no shit' comment here but man, the developers must really love Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. I can see the references here and there. Also, I really feel Heckbane woulda made a better Rival for him tbh.

Ray you have any leveling tips for AT? I did complete the main story for chapter 19 on Easy, but as soon as Lapis' stages got released she's been destroying me. Did you max out your girls completely including your Rinko? What are your methods for leveling your characters?
Well, if you're trying to level up, it gonna take some time inless you end up buying the packages in game that give XP boost. If your going to go the route of Grinding the best way would be playing the order chapter missions on hard Difficulty back to back with the Character you mainly use and to speed up some progress you can you some scrolls which allow you to auto complete the mission with out playing through it back to back. I max out most of the characters beside a few. I main Igawa Sakura for the most part. To add to the advice I am providing just focus first on the character you mainly use and then when your ready you can focus on other because if your going to take everything on at once it will take forever. Hope my advice is useful on your journey through the game.
Thanks for the help Ray. Yes I need to start the story on normal so that's extra exp for Asagi. Maybe I shouldn't worry too much about the grind and play for fun.
