Yes It's not far from Bourne, near Peterborough . A beautiful , out of the way place to visit.
Soooo many memories! My Dad is in RAF and we lived here in Lossiemouth for 5yrs! I’m currently in the US and I would love to go back! :( There’s nothing like laying in bed as a kid hearing the jets fly over.
This is one of my Favorite Airbase in the United Kingdom! The other one is RAF Station Coningsby in Lincolnshire. Because of the RAF Typhoons. Greetings From the German Aircraft Spotter Coleague.

We get on well with all them, they are a good bunch of people and the place is fantastic. Think we've been about six times, good to get peace and quiet, and away from grand children for a spell, lol.
