Outer side of my hip aches when I sit cross legged on floor and also when I sleep on either side. Sometimes the outer area between the hip and knee goes numb. I did the lying leg raises against the wall a few times , the pain seemed to increase. So stopped. Please help.

Damn I was hopeless for the last 6 months cause by my last Covid. Wheezing in my chest having short breath all over and now after just 1 night trying this with 1 session I woke up this morning feel really really good! Went to 2-3 doctors they said no other way to get rid of mucus inside my chest than small surgery. I can breath like I used to now. I'm really suprise because I only get rid very little amount phlegm yesterday and I never thought that little amount can change my life. I'm make this as my routine now, no joke. THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY LIFE! 😭

Why by your course if you can't even straighten out your own hips???
First day and I'm already noticing progress. Before the exercise, I lifted both my legs up while lying flat on the ground and faced some difficulties. After almost half an hour trying to get the perfect stance for the exercise,(making sure I feel it where I should: In the hip bones and knee. Sometimes in the ankles) I felt less tension when doing the previous exercise. I have hope that this will work.
When will this exercise do. Morning evening or in afternoon.

@DineshKumar-je3cm anytime in the day. All it matters is consistency. I personally do it at night 30 ish minutes before going to bed
@@DineshKumar-je3cmI aim to do it more often though. I have been feeling unmotivated recently. Do NOT be like be. Continue the exercise and keep going. The sooner you complete it, the faster u will see results. I wish u luck
I have a cough and it makes me light headed. When I dragon cough, it’s a dry barking deep cough then I’m dizzy. I just coughed so deep I threw up a little. It was phlegm I think. Thank you so much for this video. God bless.

what the hell is this exercise, can't feeling anything while doing this nothing strectched or anything else
U are not doing it correctly then. I also felt this way at first, but then I focused on bringing my upper body down while still keeping my back straight at the angle instead of bringing my legs down and I could feel my thigh bone trying to re place itself. Make sure to push your toes down on the ground so that you feel the center of your foot levitating up and push your whole legs inward when going down.
whats most annoying with all this exercises: so much contradiction everywhere. wish this would be more clear. As close as 1 week i hear: do this stretches for trapezium pain 😬
i have this and its extremely painful , i have had it for 7 weeks but i still cant fully rotate my hand yet , but at least i can now wash & dry myself if i go carefully
