Change the mode to --P-- and then press type. Now find and click on the clerks button. You should now be on clerk1 (or it will have a name if this has been set). You can now type in a new name and press enter. To change to another clerk use the ## key.

To change the owner details you would need to change the Mode to --P--. Press the Type button, then go to header. In here you can type the new name. Remember to put a number first which is for the size of text. 1 is normal.

If the code has not been changed then it would be 1 for clerk 1, 2 for clerk 2.

Change the mode of the till to P using the X key. Then press the PLU key. Scroll down until you see header and press the number to the left of this. When in the header put a number first 3 will make the header large or 1 if you want it normal text. You then need to enter the name using the number keys like an old cellphone. To change to this mode you need to press the button with the secondary function as CAPS

If the name you are wanting to change is not a plu then most likely it would be a modifier. You would need to go into P mode --> Modif and use the ## key to move through each item until you found the name you wish to change.

We do not recommend factory resetting the tills as this will change tax rates, button layout as well as other settings like decimal point, printing etc. If you are having issues with the machine you should contact your reseller for assistance.

You would be best to contact your local vendor. Usually the eftpos integration is 2-way integration and a license would need to be applied for in most regions.

It really depends on how your till has been setup. If it was programmed with a Receipt on/off key this can be used to stop the automatic receipt printing. you can only use the button when you are not in a transaction. If you have receipt turned off and the customer requests a receipt you finish the transaction and then use the subtotal button to reprint the receipt. If you don't have a receipt on/off (sometimes called RON) then you would need to contact the people you purchased the till from for the button to be added.

If the Cash Register is asking for a code it will be the clerk password. This would have been set at the time of programming. Default is code 1 for clerk 1.

Usually it would be change the Mode to --P-- then enter the time or date and press the corresponding button.
