I was wondering why I didn't see Britton Wilson at the Olympic trials. She was awesome in the 4x 400 at world championships last year. Found out she has an injury- hopefully she'll recover soon. I think she could have made the Olympic team- too bad. There were remarkably few spectators at this meet!

2021- season opener 11.51 then she ran 10.84. At that point Shacarri has a 10.72 WL everyone was watching her then Shelly came an ran a 10.63 NR WL PB so give her some time

I'm actually not worried either. This feels like a race to get her competition ready and since she isn't as young anymore it's better she doesn't race much. We'll probably only see her race again at the trials, which I'm actually glad isn't as hot as previous years. A 10.9 or 10.8 high might be the only thing needed to win. Hell maybe even an 11.0. This would make it easier for Shelly as she'll only need to place top 3.

SAFP's performance was one of caution and that was wise. Furthermore, this was not a prime time race.

about 100m, ask kerley..its a competitive duel. Kerley flaunted his perfomrance after the 2022 olympics and sustained the winning streak for the next few months. This got into his head and he has never ruled the charts ever since. Lyles chipped in, got a couple of medals hauled insults to the NBA fraternity, but then he has been posting pleasant sub-10s in the few months ago, however, if it gets right into his head that he is unbeatable he will join Fred Kerley in the post 10s team and new champs like Seville will start ruling the tracks. Our very own Omanyala has a story to tell right from the past olympics where he got humbled by some freaking fast athletes and somehow he stopped throwing comments like [ i will blow bolts record!]. 100m dash is a high performance stage ruled by freakish fitness. Dont be so sure that you are unbeatable
