A quick overview of my Benchmade balisong collection.
So I’m assuming you don’t carry these?
holy wakamoly!
Great condition champion 🏆
Limited edition or one offs or prototype benchmades arent special. They did so many "limited editions". Its like corvettes. Theyre all "special" or unique. When youre showing off or selling
Wow!
pretty cool but can u do any actual tricks with em?
Where do you even go to find these for sale or auction?
Amazing collection. Would love to see it now
Doesn't use or flip them what the fuck
I never like kriss style blades but these are very interesting
awesome video
I had a benchmade bailsong 62, sold it, totally regret it now lol
When i see Balisong knifes and lots and lots and another, lots of types on today's market,hi tech materials and then only think, what we have before 10+ years when i start with flipping and learning some hard combos with many Chinese and other bad, crappy, falling a part knifes and get lucky if we find only one so so "good" Bali and we are so happy..You guys don't have a clue how lucky you R
I've been watching this video for years and years...and I just now realized....I have 42-400 #83/125...!
Very impressive collection, thanks for sharing it. Minor correction: the 41 (and other 4x series) handles were both cast AND machined. You have to machine it after casting to get the flat smooth faces and accurate holes. If you didn't, the handle would have the rough texture that you see on the inside of the tang pin cups (not to mention that the tolerances would be abysmal). Also that bit about the mother of pearl cracking because of expansion isn't true. Mother of pearl is very commonly used as an inlay in wood (like in guitar fret boards) and wood expands and contracts far more than any metal due to absorbing and releasing humidity
When did u buy the 1st one ?? Awesome collection
Benchmade might contact u one day to do a historical video on their balisong history……wow
I hope all is well with you. Only two videos is unexpected considering your knowledge of knives.
I subscribed at 01:05 bro. You are a repository of Benchmade balisong data and do due diligence in preparation. How this video isn't at 50,000 views is a mystery. I'm going to benge watch your channel 😁!
I’m wondering how you store all these
This is what butterfly knives are supposed to look like in my book. That classic silver skeletonized handle look is so menacing. Half of these boutique knives now days look like a fucking 20 dollar multi-tool. I'd be happy to get one of these one day to stand above my cheap ones
This is what happens when someone spends all their time and money on knives. He sounds like he has OCD lol I admire the collection but seriously tho..
I bet 2 of those “limited editions” aren’t limited edition
hey would you be interested in selling one
holy shit i have the 42SS
so this is mostly a Benchmade 42 Collection
Props ✊
The benchmade model 49 always reminds me of face/off movie with Nicolas cage and John Travolta
Have you by chance added the benchmade 85 to your collection? What are your thoughts on the 85?
I love you
Those knives got more care than my childhood
Would love to see an updated collection. Yours is the best I've seen bar none
Love it.
Incredible collection. I thought I was hot stuff with a standard 42 new in the box😂
How do you know so much about every single knife? Are you Mr. Benchmade?
Wow that 46 all black with the anodized deep blue holes on the handle is my new favorite knife I never even knew I needed. Edit: never mind I just saw the gold one they made 11 of with the pearl and 4 karat topaz...how can you say it’s a production knife when they only make 11 of them though?
Les De Asis was really kind of like the Hattori Hanzo of balisongs. "Sir, our distributors want 2 million units!!" "No. it was a limited run of only 491 pieces."
I think you might have an addiction
This Is The Inspiration My Parents Never Showed Me
Do a chrik
for a second I thought dr miller was telling me about an scp, not a video about balisongs.
Has your collection gotten bigger since this video?
Future video: Man trades balisong collection for Porsche 911.
In Australia these are impossible to get. You can only get cheap chinese knockoffs where they've been made so poorly they look like an Orangutan made it.
Man I wish I had a collection like this I'm just getting started tho
Holy fuck
FLIP THE BLADE DUDE WHATS THE POINT OF COLLECTING THEM IF U CANT FLIP EM!!!!!!!!!!! BRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do update my friend
Honestly this is overkill and it just starts to look like duplicates rather than a collection
🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️
these belong in a museum lol
