Cows go to Summer Camp
zhlédnutí 9KPřed 4 měsíci
The Cows live at home (with a nice barn and turnout) all winter, but they spend late April through late October on a 25 acre farm. We call it "Summer Camp" as they live outside with a comfy lean shed to sleep in.#cows #farmlife

Thanks.
I Decided not to land

I embarked on a 60 NM cross country to visit Springfield Airport KVSF but a combination of factors led me to go around and return home. Building a Lean Shed for our Cows #polebarn
Holstein cows, male and female, are beautiful animals!
Ginger cat and the concept of normal have never met and would be instant enemies if they had
P R O M O S M
Good decision. Never worth the risk. Shows maturity on in flight decision making. There are so many cases of the same situation but turning out bad for everyone!
Haha Haha Haha 😂😅
"Nah, I'd fit." - every cat ever
Silly Willy !!!!
Feline pole dancing. That's new.
In the mood for catnip 😂❤❤❤❤❤❤😂😂😂😂
Very funny 🤣
I need me an orange cat in my life. So far i have a black cat n also a gray cat. And the out door neighbour hood cats that i feed, and one who demands to be fed 5 times a day including 4 in the damn morning the more i try ignoring him the louder he yells n he sure hell sounds like he’s yelling “NOW”
What an entertainer😂
Orange activities.🤣🤣🧡🧡🧡
❤
Right decision. I never flew 150/152's into questionable conditions. Enjoy.
So sweet
How much do you weight? For flight school I’m just as tall as you just below 6 1 I weight 175 ish
Too much- about 100 kilos exactly 220 lbs
I'm the other version of tall. I have regular legs, but my torso is so long I have to stoop over.
Yes I’m long in the torso as well
I’m 6’3”, and have about 1300 dual given in 152s in my younger years, plus another 3 or 400 in a 150J that my dad and I had. Getting in and out is harder as you get older and stiffer, but it’s not bad once you’re in. Still think it’s one of the best airplanes out there.
I'm 195cm and want a cessna 150 what should i do 😂😂😂
I am 200 cm average built and went for a quick ride with a friend in a 152. My knees would block the controls with full deflection. After few circuits I told him to land as I was cramping.
@@cg3356 ohh... that's an useful piece of info thank you!
Yeah you will want to go with a 4 seater. Cessna cardinal and Mooney are both popular with tall pilots
First Cow: Daisy, what the heck are you doing? Daisy: IMMA GONNA RUN IN THE SNOW WITH THE HORSIES.
Hope they have a nice barn to sleep in.
Yes, they were only out for a few hours to stretch their legs in the snow. Their winter home is a 60 ft barn with individual stalls, their summer home is a much larger farm with a 3-sided shed. They are very pampered.
Cowboy Kent Rollins uses that intro music...
Cows say "where's our blankie?"
Nice Hows and Corses you've got.
Thank you Merry Vuch!
Be safe and enjoy 😁👍Greetings from Florida
Thanks 👍
This is brilliant...how long and how many hours did it take for you to get your PPL? I'm about to start right after my medical.
It took about a year and a half and about 50 hours. Edit: I could have finished about 7 flight hours and 3-4 months faster had cercomstances been different- My CFI had covid at one point, and there was a 2 month wait once we booked the check ride. This was done flying on weekends only. Good luck!
The concern for me is engine failure which tends to happen often. Most of the time it is listed as unknown by the FAA investigation reports. While safety is high here, when engines fail, your survival rate is slim. Specially if flying over mountains. How do you deal with this type of situation that can and will happen if the flight path taking has rocky terrain?
Go fly gliders my friend. Every landing is no engine. You will gain confidence. And no, when engines fail your survival rate is not "slim". Not true at all.
Flying has risks like everything else. When flying you should always have a plan (where would I try to land if my engine quit right now?), you should fly at an altitude high enough to glide to an appropriate place, and you need to learn how to avoid a stall (aerodynamic stall, not engine stall). General aviation fits somewhere between riding a motorcycle and riding a horse in terms of potential lethality (horseback riding being the most lethal).
Don't fly over Tiger country. Get some hours in gliders. Do some aerobatic flights
Nice editing! Beautiful scenery!
Thank you very much!
Amazing views. Stay safe up there!
Hello from Wyoming. That was really interesting. Thank you.
Thanks. It was supposed to have better visuals but I had a camera issue- actually a camera user issue!
Thanks all the footage was shot by the kids!
Great editing Doc!
Thanks- I’m just starting out. I’m looking to slowly add more videos and go more places
New sub! I love planes!
Thank you very much I'm just staring out!
WOW!!! Good for you!
Looking good up ⬆️ there! #SkyBaum
Hey congrats man, just came from Dan's video.
cant let a little cold weather stop the flying ; )
My kitten does this when she wants me to go away and let her sleep. As if shes saying “oh yep good job you can leave now” when i just barely grazed her with my finger
Se m@#0 😂😂😂😂
Yes, he is stuck.
The music XD
