This is my first time using the axe, I'm usually running the chain blades. Very fun. Predator didn't activate during that one clip, so i could have done more than 51k damage.....eh whatever. yes you can deal more damage in escalations, but im trying to see how high can your damage go during normal hunts. I personally run a red comet build as my main build. However, I take a few liberties with my weaponry. I use a ten cell missile, an assault rifle, a short bazooka, and the explosive thrower. It has oddly great synergy with its cooldown periods, providing consistent dps.
