    That's not it happened. King Solomon said, "You both claim to be the mother. Whoever is the real mother, I will cut in half. You, are you the mother?" "Yes", your highness, she said. Since she was willing to be cut in half, Solomon knew she was the mother. Which made cutting her in half especially distressing to him. And caused her some discomfort.

    I agree with the person below the best way to deal with it is finding another job that is of course after you activate the fire sprinkler system and demonstrate that it is anything but the nice clean water like in the movies.
