Hey, uh, I hate to be a killjoy but that really isn't great. Please don't pick up/touch stray cats if you don't know them, as they could potentially carry diseases or fleas. On a happier note, I've been to Lanzarote before (from the looks of this video, exactly where you are) and it is a wonderful place! The cats are very cute, but it's best not to touch them!
The fleas can't do anything. I have rescued cats. You have to pick them up sometimes. Clearly this cat is fine. Virtually every outdoor animal has fleas
