Hello, i have a Tamron 24-70mm f2.8 canon G1, and i have a issue when i record video. The images " jumps" sometimes and I can hear the sound of aperture even though I don't change it, and also subjects appear with some red marks around them, like I'm manually focusing. This is what happens when the image jumps. Plus the recording sometimes stops when the images jumps. . What could be the problem? 🥺🤔

My lens works fine on DSLR but when attached to adaptor to use with mirrorless Canon EOS R, the autofocus stopped working. Is this the same problem? Or sth else? Thank you in advance.

I was happy too soon. At 12 mm, err 01 came before. But the cable had not broken apart. After the repair the lens went back to 12 -24 mm wide angle. I was happy. Then I set the aperture above 4, and the error was still there. Nevertheless, thanks for the tried help with the video. Wolfe

Professional job. My lens has same problem. It was serviced by Nikon authorised service centre twice but again the blades have become sticky. I can't spend more money on it. Will have to buy a new one.

Hello! I am about to start this repair tomorrow. Wouldn't removing the dew sensor fix this issue as well? Or would soldering two wires on the sensor fix it too? They don't sell the sensor anymore so I'm looking for ways to bypass it. Thank you!

thankbyou so much for showing this. I was able to replace the roller on my gx9 as well!! But I have a new issue, after I put everything together the flash don't fire anymore. Camera system recognizes when the flash is up or down, but it is not triggering the firing. I connected everything as it was supposed to be... what do you think is the cause of this issue? What screws are these exactly? Are these the screws that hold the sensor? who have their backs to the sensor? There are only three? Do you have to count the number of turns by aiming them and not by unscrewing?

13:50 just to make sure that ribbon connector on the zoom rocker goes nowhere right?

At the 8 minute mark - did you tighten the screws to count where the focus adjustment is? Is this a liveable solution compared to gauging?

I have some dust inside the lens and one large spec on the smaller lens inside. Can you take the front lens off and blow it out?

Our problem is the m6 mark 2 the cmos battery has no charge and keeps resetting time and date during the main battery swap and yes I have always used Canon branded Batteries. Did you find a cmos battery when you took apart your m6?
