Did you ever make something with that lovely piece of EPP? I have one with small Hexies that I have started. It was going to be something small but I was enjoying sewing it so much that I have kept on sewing but I don't know what to make it into.

What is the template you are using g for the large and smaller. Want to figure out what size so I can measure the size of shape I am considering. Thanks!!

i need a 4" sq

I tack mine on the first round and then go back to stitch down properly; it saves on getting caught up in clips and pins. I tack a load of them and finish off in batches 🙂

I have just come across Daisy and Grace. I don't do quilts but this style will be easy for me as I am a hand sewer. What has attracted me is how the backing makes the binding for the front. I can make all sorts of things with this method. I was wondering what the double seam allowance is on the shapes. They all look about the same. I wondered how on earth to fold binding over on a heart. I never thought it was too jewels mistery solved. Thank you so much 💝

If you fold the seams and turn it clockwise as you are folding them, then your corners will be going in the direction that you are sewing and you won't have to hold each corner down as you go around sewing it. 🤓 I think it makes it just a little bit easier to sew the hexagons.

The only thing im less keen on is all the skipping to the next step. Im happy to watch a fully inclusive video that shows every aspect completely done in real time. Sewing can be a slower pace and still be enjoyable. Thanks for the templates.
