I needed to hear the whole song :-) We lost another friend really suddenly on Sunday and your song has helped me to stay calm and to be there for other people. Thank you again x

It's well worth trying to hear him sing, Ben - he is still wonderful and has great support from his son Joe on guitar and Belinda O'Hooley (as in O'Hooley and Tidow, and former Unthank). I saw him at Cambridge Folk Fest last year (2012) and musican friends were honoured to meet him when they were all playing at Village Pumb Fest in Trowbridge last weekend.

This is wonderful. So great to see Nic performing again. The greatest folk singer of all time as far as I am concerned. I have been so lucky to have seen him perform in the good old days

how is it that i just discovered this guy. what a fantastic refreshing of an old school country vibe. Robbie is a blast of lyric Genius that is rare and welcomed. " a big blue ocean of neon"....great stuff. he is obviously a reader of many books when you consider the skill he uses to weave his stories. its rare to find country music with this kinda elevated poetic sense. he is george jones, buck owens and the rolling stones all rolled into one lanky original package. nothing fake here

Really sad to think I will probably never get to see him perform. I'm only 34 but have grown up listening to Nic (Penguin Eggs) and just hope he's able to recapture some of his guitar playing skills! Such a wonderful talent, great to see him performing again! Wonderful

Great video. I had the pleasure of hearing the Toy Hearts last night at the monthly meeting at BABA (Bay Area Bluegrass Association in League City, TX) They were terrific.

Cool I haven't got this gig filmed,and must put up some more footage I have.I remember that gig was good,and we're gonna play again this year at The Big Session in June.
