I had a 2010 gold wing it look like yellow bird. I left Florida Beverly Hills pulling my camper and I rode to Tok Alaska on the way back I took route 80 W. I picked up 70 E. Rode over the Rockies 10,000 feet it was snowing above us. When is the Denver 25 down to Colorado springs and then I went back to Texas and back to Florida. 14,000 miles for the half months I took my time never had a. Problem with the motorcycle at the north end of the Alcon highway. I stopped to get the oil changed in my motorcycle. They charge me $286 for five quarts of oil and a filter. I said that’s outrageous. He said he had my keys. How was your knee problem my head the people in The Yukon and North and South British Columbia were absolutely wonderful machinery, of course was beautiful. I loved every minute of it, and I went alone.

Hi Walter a friend turned me on to washing my bike at the end of the day at the motel using only hot water, I carry a colaspable pail car spung and The Absorber dry towel. The hot water melts off all the bugs and grime and I have the bike looking like new in about 10 to 15 minutes. I never use motel towels to clean my bike. Hope this helps. Looks like a fun trip. I got my Motor Trike kit for my Honda VTX 1800C through Blue Ridge Powersports in Harrisonburg VA who did the conversion. Paint matched perfectly and mine came with a Ford diff.

Hi, Good to see an old guy on a Goldwing. I had the first Goldwing in Oregon, in spring of 1975. I put 65,000 on it in 2 1/2 yrs.

I have a Motor Trike conversion on my 2019 Indian Chieftain. I love the kit but the dealer that installed my kit KNOWINGLY delivered it to me with my fork lock not working, forgot to reconnect my garage door opener, ABS wasn’t working, handle bars missing 2 clamp screws, trunk has big gaps when closed, took my battery charging lead, reverse draining my main battery because he hooked up wrong, and more. I noted my mileage when he started putting my kit on - he test drove it 1 mile after the install. Dealer then tells me to get it back to him on my dime, 2.5 hours one way drive, and he’d see what he could do. STAY AWAY from Bob Bowman, Superior Trikes Florence, SC

I know I am coming late to the party. But I did want to comment on the beads for the seat. Did an 8600+ mile on my going last year. And I enjoy the beats the most of all the seat covers. I’ve never tried the air hawk. I have to get one to see for my next trip. Keep traveling be safe.
