6:34 this sometimes happens when there is an announcement playing on the inside like the "please give seats to seniors". It will wait for that to finish before doing the route announcement even though they play seperately. Now this isn't always the case, but I believe it is on the 2013 New Flyers like the one showcased there.

Your roll sign presentation - brilliant. Your statements about routes that "Never Existed" - not so much. Several of the routes you suggested never existed rings false as I rode on several of those lines. Their history maybe brief, but they did happen, even if you can't support with your 'on-line searches.
Thank you for watching, and for your feedback. I did note in the description that my information is incomplete and I will add extra information if it is given. As of now, I've not been given much clarification about the routes that "never existed." Only that some did, but not when they did. If you could tell me a bit about these routes, it would be much appreciated. Thank you!
Why do the stop announcements not always work on these buses
The operators sometimes turn them off, I don't see a reason why
you made a great video that I like SamTrans bus. I like the 110 and 117 from linda mar on the video.
When does this OG Bus retire?
I thought it was going to be sometime in 2023, but they're still out and about even in 2024. Hopefully they stay in service for at least another year. Unfortunately about half have already been retired.
Shockingly they still in service. Hopefully they still be running when I get out there. I guess once new buses comes in then all the OG'S are gone!
This video was taken before they took the plastic down for the bus driver. I don’t think it was a good idea taking that plastic down. It’ll help prevent the drivers from being assaulted and also people coughing on them.

the 78 GGP,42 Sansome (was actually the 44 sansome,62 hyde,85 shoppers shuttle,14 Guerrero limited,25 san bruno,26 guerrero (actually the 26 valencia), the 29 rutland(actually the 29 visitacion), the 54 williams, and the 81 felton (weird middle period between 81 bacon Fitzgerald and 54 felton), all existed at one time or another. the 26 was retired in 2009, and the 14GL a couple years later, with all of the other routes i mentioned being retired in the 50’s and 80’s. Will they get more Nova's? They're much better then those proterra's which like to catch on fire. (That company is bankrupt btw)
If they do, 5011 and 5012 will probably come in around 2024-2025 (from what i hear). Also yeah the only thing i like about the Proterras is the fact that they have rear windows. IMO it does kinda suck that they went bankrupt, but it’s understandable.

Well now I officially feel old :P What were once the "new buses" for me are now "heritage vehicles." I wish the wood paneling would make a comeback on Muni.
Yeah, I feel that too. And absolutely, the wood pattern definitely looked better than the grey plastic they use now.

Dang i live in malaysia. I really want to ride the legacy fleet the train is beautiful :( i guess when i arrived in bay area those trains are retired cuz I'm 13 rn. I have to wait untill I'm 20 years old to get there :(
