when did you make the skin material?
The godot version is not working for me.. I get the following error: can_instantiate: Cannot instance script because the associated class could not be found. Script 'res://scripts/StreamerBotEventManager.cs'. Make sure the script exists and contains a class definition with a name that matches the filename of the script exactly (it's case-sensitive).

I played around with this the other day. As I'm not crazy about Streamerbot, I ended up using a different system in the end... but I really appreciate you making this content and sharing it for the rest of us to use

I highly recommend ppl watch and or download Unity 3d game kit tutorial whuch shows the power of disconnecting scripts using its activate command interfaces.

why tf the stupid wheel collider is always not in the correct orientation and why it couldn't be rotated? the wheel is always facing the collider by its side and it can't be rotated

I joined Thor's server and after a few weeks I started sharing scientific data and got called a conspiracist in their science channel. I got banned for asking why... Go to another dev server. Correct me if I'm wrong but is there a reason BFS is used to select the next node to collapse? I was looking at the original algorithm as published on GitHub and the node with the least available states (my interpretation of what is meant by lowest nonzero entropy) is selected as the next node to collapse. Was BFS used just to reduce the complexity of the algo?

Great tutorial but no matter how I tune the settings my character looks like he's crouching on a flat plane. I use navmesh agent and setting it's base offset brings some issues in this solution :/ Maybe im missing something? Thanks nevertheless :)

The common problem is not this one. the common problem is: you have 2 or more interconnected objects which complex rules, like some object can live without other, but some should be destroyed when certain object gets destroyed, and then you have some kind GameManager that manages creating/destroying objects (because you want your save/load system to work), so now how do you effectively decouple the GameManager and objects , so they know as little as possible about each other. How do they communicate to each other, you certainly want to avoid references to GameManager into your objects like "GameManager.AllObjects.FindObjectsConnectedToMe(this)" and you dont want manage these in GameManager as well like "if(object1.ToDelete()) object1.ConnectedObject.Delete()" , quickly becomes giant spaghetti, whats the better solution ?
i just saw that these tutorials mostly shows that terrains are generated (instantiated) on Play instead being created on the Scene. What if i want to generate and use the terrain from the start, and adding colliders to it?

For anyone who came here early and found issues with threading or some JSON errors, an update has been pushed to GitHub that should address them. I will be maintaining the code for the foreseeable future so by all means let me know about any bugs you encounter.
hi im having all sorts of problems relating to the JSON stuff in the code, it seems like unity has issues with "using System.Text.Json;" and everything that comes from that help please

I'm here in 2024, I'm not beginner-ish, so "Why are you watching my videos?!" You're videos are the only ones I've been able to find that go into any depth beyond "Here's how you make the terrain.." You actually provide us with a framework and bones to expand and build an actual project off of.

Hello b3agz, when i set up my wheel meshes to follow the wheel collider, they went far off to the side and when they are rotated they go in a large circle, please help!
