I’d have personally used the legs and body of Shredder from the 2014 TMNT line, and then left everything else the same.

Head from magneto mighty micro will work, just use sharpie on the back print, the black suit spider girl head also works quite well just use sharpie on her mouth

I feel like the 2014 Shredder torso armor would work better for Sauron, and a different head, but I can't think of any that captures the likeness of Sauron's helmet, that's not Sauron (since Lego never made him). Also, perhaps Captain Phasma's torso and legs would look better for Sauron since the silver is closer to the silvery grey color of Sauron's armor.

Im under the thought that lego doesn't know of the existence of comic Venom and just think Venom from SM3 is the same design they use in the comics.
