I was gonna recommend some cchs with the best mechanics in the game but they hit their shots in like gc3 so i dont think you would like it.

You're definitely judging way too hard. Pros tend to forget that ssl starts at 1875 and not 2200. Also, most great moments in sports and esports happen because of some mistakes that were made in defense. In CSGO, you don't get a 1v5 at pro level without 2 or 3 pro players making huge mistakes. Same in RLCS, mistakes happen way more often that we think, and the Henkovic video is a year recap, not a montage made in a month, of course the defense is going to look bad on the rare occasions he managed to score insane goals.
