Task -respond sympathetically to the patients demands and questions. *explain the reason for oral medication prescribed by her/his doctor and try to persuade the patient to take this medication. *reassure the pt. Of the safety of the oral medications.try to calm the patient down by suggesting other ways to also cope with pain (hot/cold pack,arrange for friend/relative support ,review by doctor.
