Thanks for the breakdowns. I don’t really follow these divisions because, in addition to a lack of good coverage relative to the men’s categories, I’m less clear on what the standard/ideal is. Videos like this help, but some more clarity around what a Wellness competitor or Bikini competitor is meant to aspire to would help. Thanks!

Martin looked great, I think that Nick wasn’t really off per se, I think Martin really really brought it. It’s going to be great to see Martin over the next 1-3 years fill out those few weak points mentioned such as arm separation, bigger legs and posing adjustments. Martin is going to be dangerous if he can bring that condition along with his lines.
