Illumine Choirs
United States
Registrace 21. 03. 2013
For fifteen years, our company of young voices has flourished as the Conspirare Youth Choirs, an educational outreach program of Conspirare, the Grammy-award winning professional choir. Now, in 2020, we are making our debut as illumine.
For boys and girls who love to sing, illumine operates as three distinct ensembles: Prelude, Kantorei and Allegro. Each utilizes a combination of music theory, sight-singing instruction, and vocal technique - in a nurturing environment where young singers can explore the depth and beauty of choral music.
Under the artistic direction of Nina Revering, illumine programs train young musicians who share a love for creating music and a commitment to excellence.

Wow! So beautiful. Pls I need the script of the song 🙏
I love this song. I never realized it was about God and His grand design
Who else heard "listen to the beat my horse" instead of heart? (NOT A HATE COMMENT!!!)
im doing this is my chorus class! im happy for the concert!!! plus i love this song!
My choir class is singing this song at the moment and it was pretty challenging at first, but after practicing it a lot, I think we can all agree that it's pretty fun! 😁
Finally someone made this song a joy to listen to. I love this arrangement.
Too fast
Lovely. Once upon a time I was a little girl singing 'Bernstein's Mass'. I can't explain it, but the soloist hits that "et" note beautifully the second and third time. In fact, I play this over and over just to hear, first, if I can still hit the notes myself and then, to hear her. The other children in the choir are equally as beautiful. I see them and think, "I wonder if they know, have even a clue, of just how beautiful they all are."
Those boys are poppin off
How so without crying
this brings me back
Finally catching up with this beautiful version! Better late than never, PLEASE NOTE that the lyrics to this song were actually written by Leo Schaff and Regine Urbach, in collaboration with Jim Papoulis. To hear a sampling of other Leo songs, feel free to search Leolyricmusic on youtube or vimeo. Comments and contact welcome...!

This gives me major nostalgia. In 2016, at a choir summer camp, we did this song, and then brought it back the next year, sang it on tour in China, and in a bunch of other concerts. Jim Papoulis, I love you. Keep sending the message that you do.
