I'm working on getting my Master's Degree in Meteorology, and really going to start storm chasing next spring in the near by states such as Oklahoma, southern Kansas, Arkansas, Southeast Missouri and of course Texas. I'm also about to purchase a really nice HD Canon video camera so better quality videos.

Strong Cloud Rotation in Oklahoma, April 14th, 2011

Some good cloud rotation right after tornado died out and funnel succeeded. Storm Chase - directly north of Atoka, Oklahoma. April 14th, 2011. There was also a tornado that caused a lot of damage in Tushka, OKlahoma during the same time frame as this video. Tushka is directly south on 69 of Atoka killing one and injuring a dozen others.

Chasing a storm in NW Oklahoma on May 19th, 2010. Couldn't see the tornado due to it being rain wrapped but did see quite a bit of rotation, hail, and rain. Also saw the IMAX caravan and the Vortex 2 team.

On June 10th, 2009 at about 7:00pm a line of very strong severe storms that were moving east at 50 mph made it's way into our area with a confirmed tornado on the ground directly west of our house. A video on the edge of a severe storm, you don't see any of the severe part of the storm because the hail core, which was what classified it to be severe with hail of about golf balls, went just north of my house. My sister's boyfriend's new puppy Bentley a couple days after getting her. She still isn't used to the whole kennel idea yet. She's a full bred Aussie, silver, black, and tan fur with a brown and blue eye. Occasionally you can hear her snort in between howls.

Sorry about it being sideways at first. At the Good Guy's car show at the Texas Motor Speedway, they had a 572 chevy motor producing 620 HP and 650 Lbs. of Torque. Well here's a video clip of it running and revving.

The tornado warning sirens remind me of the Cold War. Hearing the sirens also reminds me of the sirens that went off on the last Friday of each month until 1980, during the Cold War.
In my opinion, I think looking out the window during a severe storm is calming for me, but its kinda scary to me
But derechos like this scares me, because of how much the winds pick up
