I think something you’re missing here is people are considering what Sean Strickland says beyond press conferences and outside of the UFC (his racist and misogynistic comments for example). Zoom out to the bigger picture of Sean being Sean. People are probably saying Strickland deserves to be told a fucked up comment since Sean has been saying sorta messed up things for years now. So yeah I think that might be a reason why people think he “deserves it” and are turning on Strickland. At the end of the day, I selfishly want DDP and Sean going into their fight in the right headspace, ready to maximize their skills. I hope we get a solid and memorable fight.
If he is racist toward all race, include his own, I’m ok with that. At least he don’t discriminate

I watch this fight over and over and what I always see is that the referee was against Izzy, the man was stay on his feet and haven't fall at all then he went and cut the fight off.
Now in the second fight you get to see what happens when the ref doesn’t stop the fight prematurely.😂 jk the stoppage was fine albeit controversial ,and every fight is a different dice roll regardless of any factors.
