Makspeed turbo kit or Kraftwerks supercharger. Both will get you in the 350-400whp range and 240-280 torque range. Turbo has a higher room for growth though so if you plan on getting more power then go for that. People have been running 350-400whp on stock motor just fine. Just stay at around 7 psi to play it safe. The transmission is what you need to worry about. If you are able to go over 300 tq you need build the transmission.
