Just found this channel Great stuff Do stuff like that every now and then. Only used arc and mig. Subscribed
Welcome! It takes a while to the hang of TIG welding but the control you have with it is amazing.
Always good to see you shining in your element. Or, in your case, elementS. So much talent in so many areas!
Thanks!😁
Love your builds Mick! Hope all is well down your way. I see that greenhouse empty asking for a pumpkin plant!
Thanks buddy! Theres a lot of things calling for attention on this property🤣
Good work buddy 🫡
Thanks man!👍
Like it 👍🏼
You and your Rat Fink 😊. Very cool, Mick!!
Thanks!😁
That looks so cool!
Thanks!😁
Awesome project! Keep the original, without fixing any minor touch ups. Looks super rad!!!
Thanks man! I think I will keep it just like it is👍
Just found your channel and Subscribed. Very nice work
Awesome man! Welcome 👊
I am new to your channel. Do you have a website with plans, or anything like that? I am consulting on the design of a small factory being built to create limited numbers of a prototype. Client has a tight budget, and this looks really useful. Either way, thank you very much for posting this.
I unfortunately dont have a website or plans available. I build most of my projects for fun and they really wouldn't be suitable for a production environment. You can get a roll setup with this exact capacity at Eastwood.com for around $2000. Thanks for the comment!
Мужик ....мой тебе респект !!! Но,нахрена так усложнять........)))))
Simple is boring! Gotta push the limits
Plus i didnt want to buy solid bar and machine it😂
🤣😁😁@@TheHodge101
and use pipe bearings
Thinkni cut my coovers at like 280ipm lol . Idk whatever 6350mm/m is
If i redid it now i would run probably 80ipm with that thickness. I doubt mine would even cut all the way thru at 280ipm
Hell yea brother great job !! I just got a big red and I got it for the purpose of trying to move cars and trucks in and out of my shop by myself hopefully it will work I Google to see if anyone had done it and this video came up great idea 💡!! My shop the ground and parking lot is flat and paved the slick shop floor might be a problem but if so I can Self itch the concrete with acid cleaner get some grip where it will be pulling pushing !!
Sounds cool man! Good luck to you!👊
Unique.
Fantastic job. Brains and hard work vs throwing money at it. Enjoy.
Thanks!👍
Hi Did you continue the build?
Still havent gotten back on it. Someday
@@TheHodge101 looks like an interesting design, maybe a video on the plans and concepts?
Its on my list of things to do. Just not sure when I'll get to it.

That's a great idea! Seems like it would be real easy to bend those lead screws! I'm going to have to do something like that with mine.
Definitely worth it!
Dude, that looks awesome. I may have to do the same thing.
Thanks! Its definitely been worth it.
Awesome, your as handy as a 5 arm monkey!
🤣 and about the same attention span
Oh hell yes, good to see you bro.
Thanks man!👊
Nice man..., 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Thanks!👊
Trying to replicate this with a dirty old concrete mixer
That should make a nice batch shredder.👍
That was awesome ! Learned a few things from ur video. Thanks 👍for sharing . Happy new-year🎉
Awesome! Happy New Year man!
1st. That's a huge greenhouse. 2nd . Cool build , doing one behind my tractor tiller now. Like the small tiller version. My walk behind is not as nice . I think I'll try this next. Lastly these metal drill bits don't last like the old days. Saw u bearing down. 👍
Thanks man! Good luck with your build👍
Great video, I'm about to start something similar. I'm curious about those chairs. How are they holding up? The price seems too good to be true. I haven't found much out there that wasn't a few hundred each.
The wood on the top of the arm rests has broken out a little bit. Seems like it is 1/4 in balsa but the main arm frames and covering are holding up. I havent used the heaters in them but overall I'm pretty impressed. Ive used them almost everyday for 3 years.
Very nice
Thanks!👍
Hey, great build. Do you happen to have the plans for this?
I do but i ended up doing modifications after the initial cut so they really aren't accurate. I could send you the fusion 360 file but it would be use at your own risk.
@@TheHodge101 That would be great, I just put my pro together in a cramped garage and I worry about those screws just floating out there. Thanks a lot!
Go to the about page on my channel and send an email to the address there. I'll send you the file.
Could I get the file also?
Thanks for the content. Keep up the good work. בס'ד

Did you ever make a video on how you made your roll-up controller?
I didnt. The footage wasnt very good plus it was shot over the course of a year so it was all over the place. I need to do an update on the greenhouse so maybe I'll throw some of the footage in there that explains what i used. If you want a jump, start go check out Velocio plc. Thats what i used for the brain.
@@TheHodge101 I'd really like to find one that is not only automated as you have there but something I can control remotely. I've been doing that with almost everything I have set up, but the curtain motor controlling has me stumped. Thanks!
I havent messed with it myself but Easyaccess 2.0 by Weintek would be a worth while search on google. It connects to the hmi on your controller to give you remote access.
If you look hard enough, they have those guides for 25$ with free shipping. 5 bucks it 5 bucks, but... time is money too.
Thats a good deal. I also found some rollup motors, similar to the ones i used, for half the price.
Best one ive seen that suits my composting needs. I use sawdust and fresh cut grass then build compost hot towers. Once i week i have to re mix all the new green cut grass to get another hot cycle and it takes a couple hours. This looks perfect
It works great the only problem i have is the leaves have to be good and dry or they dont crush and go thru the screen. But I'm sure theres a work around.👍
Oh man you had better luck than I did. I was trying on a 24 inch disc. I had the thickness of the disc wrong, but it seemed like my thc wasn’t keeping up either.
I had to slow the speed way down and set the amperage low so the voltage would change enough for the thc to keep up. The up and down still lagged but got it done. I also missed the step in the setup where i was supposed to download the driver for the thc. Once i did that it worked pretty well.
Function over form chrome don't get you home . May need to adjust it by angling the side plows or add a disc cutter to keep it tracking straight make it so you have a couple degs of adjustment so it will track .crazy farm welder
And throwing the k.i.s.s method out the window . Make attachment with a center pivot so you have some adjustability on the fly. The hardest part of design is the fabracobbling getting the parts to come together and work the way you want it. The major difference between a welder and a crazy person . One has a welder
Ive noticed it pulls if the plows arent exactly extended the same amount on both sides. When i get those adjusted right it runs pretty straight.👍
Have you tried adding weight to different spots on the fraim to see if it's a balance issue down pressure can help/ harm how it rides
Its more hitting stiff patches of soil than anything at this point. It worked well this year once i got the plows adjusted
Wow! Amazing work Mickelaus!
Thanks buddy!👍
Farmers use a very large version of that land plane to level fields for the same reason - even watering. We had a community garden that has since closed down. They left a lot of ruts where the planting beds and compost piles were. I desparately need to build one.
I'll tell you its been a life saver. Running this after tilling is the ticket!
FANTANTIC! Once again--- you have proven to be very resourceful in useing your mind to solve a need and not your money. I think the investment in the CNC Table will allow you to enjoy the new challenges in constructing new toys at a lower price with high personal rewards upon completion.
Thanks! And if i can make a little money here and there its even better!
Cut came out great, I believe you needed a white base coat to even out the paint.
That might have helped. If i repaint them I'll give that a try. 👍
Nice build. Good to see someone still stick welding.
Thanks! Ive never been a fan of the buzz box mig welders. Stick is easy and cheap👍
Cool Mick what are you making
I making a crawler tractor out of a riding mower. This will be the track drive sprocket.
Bummer to hear that you are taking the year off from giant pumpkins; however, how about growing a cover crop mix in the patch, like buckwheat, clover, peas, mustard, and rye? STOKED to see your fabrication videos are still going :-)
I planned on doing a cover crop this spring but didnt get to it. I'll plant one in early fall and leave it all winter. I have a lot of fab projects lined up for the new toy so stay tuned!👊
Good to see you bro!
Thanks man!👊
I wonder what the soil PPM or EC was reading when the PH was that high. I also wonder what it is now. Curious 🤔
Hard to tell
Such a great cozy space. I'd love to have a spot like that at my house. Been throwing around the idea of a cigar shed since I don't have a place in my house for something like this.
Do it! Its been so nice the last few years. I did have to go on a diet because i spent so much time relaxing in there but worth it all around.
Waow incredible
Thanks!
My pH in Arizona was 8.8. Still fighting it...
Thats rough. Our water ph is almost 8 so i started taking that down to a mid 6 and it seems to help keep the soil ph from rising.
