After Diet Coke was introduced they stopped all advertising, removed Tab from McDonalds and every other soda fountain in the world, removed Tab from every soda machine in the country, and tried to remove it from every grocery store chain in America! Then they complained that sales weren’t good! 40 years of NO advertising and sales aren’t good? Whatever could it be? In 1987, After fighting with loyal Tab drinkers for four years the CEO of tab gave up and announced that Tab would be available in grocery stores as long as customers demanded it!
