EDIT>>> OK I just found out it is a Dart 427 block build. From there it must have a billet counterweighted $10,000 crankshaft and $10,000 of shot peened Carrillo rods for a rotating assembly...Don't know about pistons and rings and cylinder bore coating...Nikasil? Im thinking an oversized 351 Windsor (with the really tall deck and long connecting rods) or possibly a real Ford 427 Cobra motor (the only old school Ford engine with overhead cams). I have never heard a pushrod Ford motor hit high RPM's like that before! Ok, the alcohol and blown add tons of power....Damn, that guy knows how to get the most out of a pushrod motor! Now modular motors (Yamaha designed and a portion of their blocks and heads were casted in Italy at Ferrari's foundry. Seriously) with the roots superchargers don't sound that awesome. I've seen some of the fastest SVT Lightning trucks with the intercooler set up next to the driver on the passenger seat area and they use everything from AC compressors cooling aluminum finned boxes to aluminum finned boxes containing dry ice and others containing just crushed ice. It is about a 15 foot run of like 4 or 5 inch tubing that brings the freezing cold intake air under supercharged pressure into the intake plentum That super cold air actually doubles the PSI compared to room temperature air forced down intake manifold. SVT Lightnings pro stock do like 10 second 1/4 mile runs at 125 mph... that falcon with the right wrinkle wall beadlocked wheels and tires and gearing should do like 7 second 1/4 mile runs at like 165 mph!
