What amazes me, how the wheel still spins, i mean how the rivet doesn't not squeeze it, how the length of the rivet stays within certain limits but at the same time ends are domed shaped by cold forging I would say. I mean forginn a pin, a metal rod from the ends should shorten it when you think before the ends become domed. Obviously it is not the case. Mechanics is awesome.

What you are doing is not safe and not allowed by machine builder standards. Do this with a 2-hand starting device, good luck.

Dear sir, We are also using this type of rivit for riviting but not sucess in this . We require a size for rivit head about 16 mm on top but we achieve only 13.5. Pls. Suggest us tool type and any pic or dimensionly pic for this. Pls provide drw for both punch tool and lower tool.
