it looks good but its still over the weight limit for the jimny roof cary capacity, and thats without the roof rails that you fit it too. so you will be uninsured . I love the idea but the jimny needs something lighter.

We ask your wonderful company to make a tent for the family, like regular roof tents, without a caravan, so that we can buy it and install it on the trailer, because most of the hiking is done alone, without the family, with friends. Love this design - would love this in a tent only configuration, right now the only option is the iKamper 3.0 in that space.

What Tent sits on top of the ModCap Camper Jeremy?

This is a great addition! I had the old Hannibal tent (no longer made) 1,8mx2,4m back in the day and travel all over southern Africa with my young family of Mom & two girls. We used that as a family from ages 5 till 17 years old and we all 4 managed it fit. But the old RTT's and wind are not great. This with a hard shell and internal access is going to be amazing. Would not be surprised if the rental companies become your biggest customer.

So if I get the F-150 extra long variant I would have the same setup but a bigger box with a massive space inside.

Will these be available in a tent only configuration? Ive got a gen 3r on my ford ranger with the contour canopy and it works great i just need more sleeping area. Well done guys

Though I’m still buying one I’m disappointed that this doesn’t include the heater pass through like the new RTTs and family version. Feels like those getting this tent are being shorted. 😢

This looks great! Will seriously consider it as an option if I upgrade to a pickup (bakkie) in the future. Would love to see the various inside setups in the future.

Hi there this is a lovely and interesting set up as I'm a proud owner myself of hilux, question please how much would it cost me for the same set up roof tent with solar and side the owning 270 please ?

I feel like you guys should have used the fold out ladder design like the ikamper rather than that little pole and straps for the extension support. Also it would be nice to have a ladder to provide an additional way to get in the tent from the outside.

Looks great. Seems to solve the family camping issue very well.

Hi fellow Overlanders! We are so excited to share the ModCAP Family Walkthrough with you. PLEASE NOTE, we made use of some new mics in this shoot and haven't gotten the settings quite right. Apologies for the spikes in volume at certain spots.

Please design one so that the tailgate can be kept. A lot of us use the tailgate as a table/workspace/outdoor cooking area and won’t purchase a camper if we can’t keep it.

I own a canopy camper - this exercise is impossible! My wife can’t open the roof at all, I have to stand on the top of a ladder and lift it in power lifting style. The lifting weight is 30kg I Guess. Dampers have already been changed. What to do?

Will the 2.6m Shadow Awning fit in the 3 door jimny as well?

Hopefully it’s cheaper than the full roof conversion tents.
