You are using a dark table cloth with flowers and everything looks dark . On the other hand and a white table was used ,one would be able to see better.😊

I didn't have some of the oils, so I used what I had for my first time and wow. I plan to do this often to keep good energy flowing. It smells so nice in my home and feels great!! I put a little water and salt in the bottle first shook it up real good then added lemon oil, and about 7 others before I filled the bottle with water. The lemon oil I used the most of. Thank you for this video 💜

Lovely set up! Love your accordion vision board concept. Thanks for sharing. I splurged on an Erin Condren for the first time this year. I usually bullet journal but am expecting my first baby end of Jan, and don’t think making all my own layouts is realistic this year. The EC felt colourful and spacious and flexible in layout so there is still room for some creativity while also giving me a foundation to start from. I also have a lovely fabric covered hard cover notebook that takes inserts for more morning pages/ long-form writing type journaling which my sister brought back from Brazil for me. Looking forwards to tracking and memory keeping early days with baby when I can!

Spray Bottle (50ml or whatever works for you) Water (Crystal infused, moon water and/or sea water) touch of Sea Salt (if no sea water is used) Palo Santo Essential Oil (5-6 drops or an amount that suits you) Lavender Essential Oil (<5 drops or an amount that suits you) Cedar Wood Essential Oil (<5 drops or an amount that suits you) Frankincense Essential Oil (<5 drops or an amount that suits you) Lemon Grass Essential Oil (<5 drops or an amount that suits you) Peppermint Essential Oil (<5 drops or an amount that suits you) Sage Essential Oil (5-6 drops or an amount that suits you) A small piece of white Sage Put essential oils in bottle first and then add the water Experiment to find a ratio that works for you.
