The ai voice is terrible.
For switching between relative and absolute referencing you can select the cell in your formula and then press F4 to cycle through referencing type.

Are they really difficult?...I have an interview and i know excel but I'm not perfect
First and foremost don't worry. It's just a test, you either make it or learn where you need more practice. In both situations you are one step closer to landing a job. Remember most common interview scenarios. Practice them until you no longer question yourself. Even if you don't know what to do during the interview you can ask if you can seek the information you need online. This is not a weakness, by doing that quickly, you show you can get out of difficulty with ease on your own. Even if the interviewer say no at the end, just reply - thank you for the opportunity given. Best of luck.

Pls dont use pie chart to demonstrate that kind of data. It's missleading and hard to see what's on the chart
That's why you create annotations in your charts. The person in the video just didn't have a good example for a pie chart. It's just showing the years.

@@mtechtraining9864मेरी एक excel शीट में करीब 280 time value column में है। जो दूसरी शीट में वैल्यू put के हिसाब से चेंज हो सकती है। मैं इस टाइम को sort formula से ascending करता हूं तो zero value वाले सबसे ऊपर आ जाते है, मैं चाहता हूं कि time ascending order में sort हो पर जीरो वैल्यू ऊपर नही आए।
