Enjoyed your video! I felt like 4 TB was a bit much for mine. I installed a 500 gig SSD. After a month, I still have 99% left.

I got this for 39.00 bucks and I put it in my 85 inch projector screen and it's asum watching movies and games with it for the price it's great and most smart LEDs you have to hook up threw wifi that's pretty normal not sure why you didn't like that...I'd rather have this then spend crazy money for lights I think the other companies are over charging a lot

Im planning to buy eufy cam 2. Does the homebase2 has a room for the hard drive?

The 8 years u mentioned is it 24/7 continues recording or detect motion only?

I bought eufy after watching your vids. I get tons of notifications all day when the kids are coming and going, playing outside, etc. Can eufy not notify me AND not record and save if it’s family members? Otherwise, what is the point of Eufy recognizing family faces, family dog, and familiar cars??? What I want is Eufy to only record and notify if it’s a ‘stranger’. Is there a way to do this??

I noticed that Eufy support is more customer support than they are tech support. Meaning they’re great when you’re going to return something and get a replacement piece of hardware however they’re not so good with giving you troubleshooting advice. Also, I would bypass using the chat system and just call the support number in the app directly you won’t even have to wait in line. They have a callback service that hold your place in line.

I put in a 2 terabyte ssd and it’s enough for my e220, s340, e340 👍

Do the cameras and the Homebase have to be on the same network? Thanks

Looked like you selected home base 2 when setting up the homebase? When you had a homebase 3. Maybe that caused a problem?

I bought one .I like it but a neighbor jammed it with a wifi jammer so nowI have to go hard wire

Eufy had an uninterruptible power supply for the HomeBase2. Hopefully Eufy has something similar for the HomeBase3 or the previous model UPS works with the newer HomeBase3.

I have the Eufy HomeBase 2, this Eufy indoor camera, a Eufy battery doorbell (wired to power) and an outdoor Eufy battery cam. It’s a decent system with no fees. However, even momentary loss of internet can cause recording disruption which shouldn’t happen if WiFi is still up. Also even if your battery camera are connected to power 24/7 it’s difficult to sidestep the default settings to conserve battery power. As such video records may start later then you would like and end too soon too.

I have 4 4k eufy cameras and this doorbell and it all works great for me. Have a 1tb ssd installed in the home base and it can store so much video 👍

The 340 had both options for wired and a removable battery.

This was a great video. I too placed an order for the Eufy cameras and planning to replace my Arlo cameras.

How do you invert the view when you mount it from the ceiling?

EUFY S330 is not working properly. Hardwired not work and you need to recharge the battery very two months. Misleading information about 6 months battery life when fully charged. ONLY LAST FOR 2.5 months and hard wired could not charge.

Can the pole mounts on your link, attatch to a squarish/rectangular downspout?

I was considering on getting this camera or the ring is it compatible with ECHO show?(Eufy)

Will the Eufy S330 also work directly to your smartphone when connected to Wifi (Samsung/Android phone with Eufy app) without a homebase3 unit? and can you look back who was at the door while you'ro not at home?

Did the downspout gutter mounting come with the cameras or did you DIY that?

How about mechanical chime? Does it work with it ? Or comes with something to make the mechanical chime work with it?

Great video. Do you know if the cameras can be armed & disarmed via Alexa or Google Home. For example, when leaving home can the indoor & outdoor cameras be armed via an Alexa or Google Home routine/voice command & disarmed when returned just using a voice command? And, in the evening or at bedtime arm the outside cameras using Alexa or Google Home? With multiple family members the ease of arming/disarming cameras can be a significant factor.
