My first time looking at this CZcams channel. Would be nice to know why you picked the stocks you did. And when you knew the value was good to buy them. Maybe that is explained somewhere but can't find it. Seems like these are a collection of really good stocks. But a good stock still could have a very over inflated price. So when you buy the stock affects success.

We had a huge June. My wife’s work ksop ( profit sharing style 401k) pays a bi yearly div and it was 680 bucks and the rest of our cover call etfs and stocks paid another 150.. so def one of our better months.

If I'm traveling to different markets because I travel between Portland, Seattle and then I plan on moving to the east coast. Is it easy to change the market or can you work in multiple markets if you're traveling at all? I've been working in the gig economy since 2016 for all the different apps there is and I want to add lime to my portfolio of work available that I can do. I'm pretty good at hustling and managing my time between like delivery Uber, Lyft and I want to add lime and I just want to see is it possible if I'm going somewhere with say with my other business with e-commerce to like work on lime scooters in that City Or am I only allowed to work one market at a time?

Well done friend. May was outstanding for us.. property value in Florida is finally starting come down after 2022 explosion of property values and we are one day away from a brillant dividend of about 600$ from our work ksop so I’ll gladly take 600 bucks to reinvest
