Hey guys, been a while since I posted not had much to vlog about really but wanted to share my experience on public speaking for the first time with my sister (she works in PA for, Trowers and Hamlin). Was great experience and def something I'd do again if opportunity came by. Starts with brief catch up of anything to note since last vlog I did including going to my first drag convention and meeting some of my fave drag queens.!

April the 21st is officially my one year T-annerversary and it feels awsome! Its whizzed by, just a catch up video really nothing to crazy will do a comparison video some point in the coming week but thought id get this one out first! My name is derived from my star sign (Leo). My wife and I both felt that Leo is not the kind of name a boy would have been named in the U.K. in 1981 when I was born and Lee was a lot more popular. I felt that Lee spelled like this was unquestionably Male (not androgynous). That being said, months ago when I looked more female, I have had one customer ask if it was short for Leanne and another tell me it was his wife’s name and she also spelt it ‘Lee’. Needless to say, I explained I was a bloke not a lady.
Yeah on some occasions it can't be helped, but I think its more the fact that you change the name that shows the gender clinic your serious (like I feel kinda bad for anyone who was say assigned Joanne then just changed it to Joe for a easy life and probs a name they have been using a long time to then be told its too neutral or not masculine enough. Lee's a solid name thou, I think most short male names have probs been used by girls to shorten their long names these day and age lol so hard to avoid really.
Thanks for the info Ben, good to see you back on CZcams. What I will add to that is....if you choose an androgynous name e.g. Sam, Max, Jo, this can be questioned at the gender identity clinic as to your commitment to living as your preferred gender. I would also add that the date of the name change is extremely important in showing the GIC the timeline of when you decided to live as a man so for anyone who hasn’t changed it yet - get it done as soon as possible!

He m8 cheers im glad u enjoy my ramblings lol, yeah sorting out a 2nd channel for gaming, and other ramdom bits and pieces and it wont be so much updates more sort of themed videos like discusiing one topic (eg binding, or dysphoria etc) its all roaming about in my brain just got to get it recorded lol.

I’ve heard that dr yelland is retiring do you know if that’s true ? Congrats on your surgery!
I had my surgery in October with Mr Yelland, I had to be there at 7:15 am and I had my surgery at 11 am, I was in overnight and I think that is with everyone just for observations. He checks you the following morning and I was out by 9am and on my way home. Hope this helps.

Hey mate really sorry for your loss. Congrats with how everything is going with your GIC. As for your question I don't think it will affect you getting a GRC. I have all the paperwork and no one really needs to be involved as it's just you filling out the paperwork and then it gets sent off to a panel. You don't go to it so you should be fine.

Dude waiting one month is nothing comparing to London GIC, I've been waiting for my second appointment since November 2012!!! and I still have to wait one more month! ... Just hang in there - it takes time.. Good luck
