@@nicebek6583 thanks for your response. i did open the headband and found out that there are cuts in the wires. i was told that i could insulate with with electric tape but that didnt work. do you know what else i could do to fix the problem that doesnt involve buying spare parts or a new headphone?

@@EbereChikadibia-Ogu You can ring the broken wires to find the break. Then solder the damaged areas and put heat shrink on this area to prevent short circuits in further work.

Hi, I work with a soldering iron temperature from 390 to 500 degrees Celsius, it all depends on the element that needs to be heated, if it is an SMD component then I set the temperature lower, but if the element is large then I change the soldering iron tip to a larger size and increase the temperature if it is not enough to heat up the solder.

I don’t know, maybe you can find the same headphones that don’t work and take this part from there. You can try gluing it together. You can try making a pin and drilling holes to insert it inside.
