It is not the original SSMP as prescribed in the scale you just introduced its concept
Thanks for this video
You’re a clown
I did physical therapy and every session just made my shoulder feel worse.
I can’t even put weight on my leg
Hey there. Australian physio myself. I have had chronic low back and hip oain for years. I also consider myself an evudence based practitioner. I have consulted with excellent clinicians and done extensive graded activity. Frankly, i dont give a fuck what the evidence says here. The PRI guys are on to something and I'm not waiting for a meta to implement. Conner isnt doing ridiculous expensive stuff either, 40 bucks for the beginner program and it worth every cent.
Sounds like your off caffeine lol
Thanks for this video
Century likes by me❤❤❤..amazing videos sir..keep up the gud work...

hi - any chance you could go more in depth on the accessory movements? like the AP glide (and sup inf shear, compression decompression) - dont really understand accessory movements!
My neurologist told me I will become paralyzed from my neck down without the surgery. My neurosurgeon won't do the surgery because I have severe osteoporosis and smoke.Im trying to quit.
Clock exercise
i despise chiropractors all scammers
Good video we use it as students, would you tell me what the interpretation and the positive signs for those tests plz
Thank you so much
Wow this is coming from a Physio....after suffering numerous sporting injuries and seeing loads of physios i can say 98% are clueless and literally repeat the same thing....put these tens machine on...then do these stretches...use this resitance band....thanks that will be 80 quid and come back in 4 weeks when you will have recovered anyway....
Awesome summary, thanks for sharing!
Best shoulder assessment video I have found.
Thank you 🙏
Sounds like a load of horse 💩to me
No sound
I may be wrong, but is this Conor even licensed to dx and tx pain?
Just a heads up... you probably know this, but Conor is just speaking in generalities. Your rebuddle, especially towards the beginning of the video is nitpicking and providing conjecture to a video in which Conor doesn't have the opportunity to defend his position on these points. Generally Conor is correct, you are just expanding on his concepts.
the internet ruined real chiropractors, now we can’t trust them, some lie, some do fake corn, and others are just going to break both your legs
Brilliant video 👌🏼
Thank you, glad you like it
mate, u really need to fix u audio
Apologies it was uploaded in stereo so it will be best if you listen without headphones and then it should be ok, with headphones will be quiet in one ear unfortunately. Sorry it will be rectified in the next video
Thank you !
No problem 👍🏻
A life saver! Very thorough !
Thanks!
What happened to Chris? His website, facebook and instagram all are gone
Leaning to that side hanging on the hip, also dont be dumb like me and use a Tens Unit on those muscles. That put me down for a week!
Ask your physio where to put your electrodes. You don’t put it on bursae
Great video
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it
Nice
Thanks

The therapists are affraid getting out of business😂😂
If doing cupping therapy means staying in business I would rather go under.......
@@Physioplusfitness Cupping is a good thing, it's not in the way you think I meant it. It's more I don't need someone to do it for me, I do it myself and it works great. 😉😉
Very strange (baseless) explanation. I think you need to research details prior to state a comments.
How so? Please give me an example of something I say that is not backed by evidence
@@Physioplusfitness Okay. Let me explain what I mean. First, you are talking about ‘placebo’ and ‘drama’ …. I strongly disagree. Yes, the placebo effect has a place in everything, and this is a fact, and the placebo can create a ‘miracle’ effect. But I agree with you about neurological involvement in the technique. First of all, the hammer and chisel isn’t something new and has been used in treatments for many years (some say for around 5000 years, but I’m not so sure about the number). For instance, toksen therapy - I recommend it, I've tried it, and I loved it. Instead of hammer and chisel you can use different tools, but idea of action is the same. Regarding the technique - normally (!!!) it is used over muscle body or tendons or ligaments, depending on goals. Muscle spindles, Golgi tendon apparatus, etc. are most involved in the idea of the technique. Also, don’t forget about mechanical and acoustic vibration. And yes, as I said, I agree with you regarding neurological component involvement. Also, you are NOT hammering bones or directly over bones (although there are funny videos of so-called practitioners hitting bones and enjoying the excruciating reaction of patients). Of course, you can give me an example from chiropractic activator tool, but it is slightly different story even if it acts in a similar way (mainly). So, I strongly disagree with your ‘placebo and drama’ effect as an idea and the soul of the technique. Would it be so, then you have to deny the function of muscle spindles, Golgi tendons, vibration as a modality, active release, reset, etc. etc. etc. The part related to consciousness and subconscious component I leave without comment, I just hope you are a psychotherapist or psychologist (or maybe you just stated your learning), but I disagree on this point too. Pain, as you are fully aware, is a subjective perception mostly, and pain is a very huge subject (which I love much). The psychology of pain is another enormous subject full of really exciting facts, research, methods, and techniques. Important: as we all, you have right to have and express your opinion as I can have mine, and there is no right or wrong, bad or good. I’m just saying that I disagree with your statement (baseless in my opinion, or you just do not provide a proper ‘base’ for your opinion). Also, we both (I think you agree with this) do not know the patient's Hx and Dx and goals for hammering lol. And now directly to your question regarding evidence: I’m really sorry, but you didn’t provide any evidence confirming your opinion and/or explaining your opinion (you only expressed your opinion and concluded using your view on psychology). I love the subject and always happy to discuss further in search for further understanding and truth. Socratic method? Let’s try? What d’you think?
Great vid
Thanks!
You should have a male subject for this test.
Gender equality 😂😂
thank you very much, it was really helpful 🙂
Glad it helped!
With a calorie deficit without fasting you’re sure to put it on again and some. All studies prove it. Please check out dr. Jason Fung who dived into all of them.
Orthopaedic, Neurologist, Spine Surgeon, physiotherapists, pharma are well organized syndicate to put patients on life time narcos which are dangerous and addictive and spine surgery can kill and paralyze patients. Chiro and acupuncture are best and natural. You will hate them as you patients'are getting aware of your mafia so u hate them
Not sure what this means to be honest 😬
How can you as you use fake Dr Title, u r just therapist
You need to read the original paper by Håkan Alfredson, MD. You would then realise that the paper proposes using eccentric exercises and NOT concentric exercise as shown in your video.
New research suggests that concentric exercise is ok to use and seems to be the loading in a progressive manner that is the important component 👍
Do exercises every day?
If you can, if you need a rest day then take one. Listen to your body 👍
The website and Instagram links don't work, what happened?
