Great Collection, I collect cold cut lunch meat, right now I have ham, salami, buffalo chicken, turkey, and even a little prosciutto. Sometimes I like to put them with bread and cheese. Let me tell you a good combination... A piece of bread, then you put some meat, then a slice of cheese, then another piece of bread. Tastes great and you can hold it with you're hands.
