1 GREEN POWER SMOOTHIE
- 1/ 2 of a large Avocado
- 1 banana ( fresh or frozen?
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 - 2 dates, pitted or sweetener of choice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup coconut water
2) BERRY BANANA BOOST
- 1 small banana ( fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 date, pitted or sweetener of choice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup blackberries or Blueberries (Frozen)
3 CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER DREAM
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 dates, pitted or sweetener of choice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
4 TROPICAL SUNRISE SMOOTHIE
- 1 cup carrot juice
- 1/2 cup mango, cubed
- 1/2 cup pineapple, cubed
- 1/2 cup papaya, cubed
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1date, pitted
5) MELON GREEN DELIGHT
- 1/ 2 of a large Avocado avocado
- 1 cup honeydew melon, cubed
- 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 date or sweetener of choice

INGREDIENTS - About 8 Chicken thighs or drumsticks ( According to preference) -1 Large zucchini -1 Yellow bell pepper -1 Orange bell pepper -1 cup Baby plum tomatoes -1 large onion -1 cup pitted black For the Marinate; -1/3 cup olive oil -1/4 lemon juice - Salt to taste -2 teaspoons dry oregano -1 teaspoon dry thyme -1teaspoon black pepper -5 garlic cloves(Pressed or chopped) -1/2 Table spoon paprika for the chicken (Optional ) -1/2tablespoons fresh parsley to garnish Tip:Your chicken will taste better if you marinate and keep it for about 1 hour or more

Can u use collard greens if you don't have kale
Sorry, l haven't juiced collared greens before. But you can definitely use Spinach. I have use it a couple of times . Thank you for watching
