I followed this tutorial and it worked perfectly! It's weird how the dye doesn't change the color of the thread.

I feel like by washing them together it coupd have mixed any residual. Otherwise, great video.

This whole video was so informative and helpful! I’ve been using Avery dark transfer and my shirt is already starting to get the little white specks after about 5 washes. I want to sell shirts, so I want to make sure everything stays in tact for more than a couple months. So I’ll definitely be trying NuFun and StarCraft. I have a question too. Do you think the longer you heat press or the higher the temperature, the better the design sticks to the shirt?

I should've just went to youtube first. No website said anything on how to use the fixative other than put the item in there straight from the dye water. The black dye does come by itself.

have you tried double dying any clothes before to see if it would make it even more black? I'd be curious if there would be any difference, or if it would be worth doing to get a more true, fresh out the store black.

I think Jet black is supposed to be used on a black piece of garment that’s faded. Hence the package is called back to black. While the black is designed to tie white to black.

Would be interested in watching this again with smaller font and characters not so big and bold. And pressed on a red shirt. Red tends to show how the vinyl holds up against turning pink lol. We don’t have issues with big and bold weeding. It’s the small letters that have kept me using siser for those projects. I use HTVRONT for big and bold. Really enjoyed your review and might try one of the others you reviewed!! ❤

Great video, just got to the meat of it. I used the grey on a white pair of jeans and they made them purple it was awful but the customer service sent me a free Jet black and fixative so It made up for it. Never got he pants fully black but hey actually looks cool.

After the use, does the fixative still work or does it starts bleeding, especially on skin and furniture

I want to know if this will also dye the Nike logo on my Nike sports fleece cause I want it to stay white but I wanna dye my sweater back to black
