@@Pertiopa my logic is, back then more Jedi means stronger and diverse force powers. It makes sense why luke is not at their level yet , and older Jedi aren’t as aggressive, but yes defensive like samurai. Can’t tell if y’all are trying to correct me or just talking to yourselves

@@JvsquZz very very true. my main argument was towards people who says mace wields the dark side, yes maybe he has a balance enough to wield some but he does not wield it in itself and uses his opponents energy to fuel his, it's why he was able to stand against palapatine so well too. but let's be real the real reason mace has a purple sabre is because it was badass at the time and different form the usual red, blue and green 😂

Even if they wrote something that was absolute utter garbage, they still wouldn't destroy as much cannon as Acolyte has with there being multiple force born people, sith not being extinct and encountering Jedi, the force being renamed into the thread and its purpose changed and dont even get me started on Ki Adi Mundi and the multiple changes and implications him even being in that show means

@@1tsjustpasta retcons and plot holes are nothing new to starwars, each film or project is riddled with problems, far few that are all around good. Idk how this universe stood the test of time but whatever keeps people talking about it suppose

@@JvsquZz ​ Ik that retcons have existed but nothing is as significant as the acolyte, like for example Luke and Leia being related in return of the Jedi after they got intimate in empire strikes back. In hindsight this is very weird but if you look at the timeline it does still make sense since they didn't know they were related so would have no problem in kissing each other. Now with Acolyte one of its main problems (aside from bad writing and acting so bad you even got the characters mixed up) that Ki Adi Mundi exists which made it so they had to change his lore to be born 40 years earlier and that during the Phantom Menace he was not only aware of the Sith but aware of force created beings which makes it so weird how he not only never brings it up with the counsel but lies about the sith being extinct and ridicules Qui Gon for even thinking that foce breed people exist when he is aware of them existing already. The only other things I can think of that Star Wars has made that breaks it as much as this is Palpatine's return ruining Anakins redemption and indirectly not making him the chosen one since he never brought balance to the force, force healing, Palpatine having kids and Jedi being able to accidently use sith abilities such as force lightning which is also funny enough all Disney products. Idk how you can defend this.
