I'm 55 years old and was a dancer in the club style back in high school and college. I'm talking the Wop, Cabbage Patch, Hammer, Robocop, etc. I've also messed around with some breaking, popping, strutting, and boogaloo. But I've always wanted to learn how to lock mainly because I like to groove and I've always followed The Lockers since I was a kid watching Soul Train. I'm a bit out of shape, but your videos are giving me drive and motivation to not only learn to lock, but do it the right way technically to start moving with exercise more often. I just started watching your videos a couple of days ago, and I've already started learning some basic moves. I appreciate your teaching style, breaking it down to the simplest parts. This is exactly what I've been looking for, Jam. I'm going to keep working at it to hopefully show you what I've got in a few months!
