I wouldn't want that snake in my coup either. It can hunt all it wants outside the coup, lol. You will have to get some what used to them because I'm sure it will keep coming back unless you rehome it to somewhere else.

Looked like a black rat snake .... There great rodent control , but they like eggs 🥚 too ... Had one lived in my coop - I made a vid of it wrapped around some eggs .... But they always alarm me 😂😊😊

If you don't like the knives, feel free to give them away on your channel or to a friend who you think would like them. The Canoe with two blades on it is my favorite traditional pattern, but they're not exactly my thing either. The rubber poo you can put on your finger and shoot across the room. Every monkey should be an experienced poo-flinger. 🤣 The Grumpy Monkey is just a reminder to not take life too seriously. Put him someplace where you will see him often and smile. 🙂 Your striped rock looked like banded slate to me. It's all over MI and IN, although ours looks more dark blue and green or blue and red striped. I don't know how common agates are there or what type(s), but they are gorgeous. You will usually know when you have an agate once you know how to identify them. I like watching a guy from up here with a channel called "Michigan Rocks". I LOVE rocks. I bring some home from everywhere we go. Glen’s grandpa was a rock hound so we have some very cool fossils of all kinds. My favourite is petrified wood. So cool. When I worked in the school, this was my favourite unit to help kids with.
