Hi, usually it depends on the weapon. If I am not familiar with weapon or it is a trolling run, it takes up to 10 times, due to lack of proficiency and generally getting used to the weapon. For weapons that I am proficient with it is maybe 1 in 3 (ballistae, catapults, and what not). The highest consecutive survival runs achieved is 3 in a row. Did this around 5 times already. If spear and shield, that is like 50% survival chance :D shields are just OP.

Spear and shield -> not many kills but shield grants + 50 % chances to survival. War axe -> tried and true, with knight class survival is usually easier, plus additional survivability for knight class HP. Halberd -> just awesome with great distance and crowd control. Its best to use in formation, but still decent in roaming.

It depends on a play style. If you prefer to be near objective with friendlies, then a knight. But if your mission is to trim the enemy line from behind and get rid of archers then Vanguard hands down. In a duel knight has an upper hand as vanguard cannot use his most important advantage - speed if he stands still. Personally i like the roaming approach more.

Just blocking, no double tap. There is some time during swing you wont be able to block, but usually if you have stamina, and time correctly. You can block in most of the situations.

Hi, I have watched the hit in question, if it would be blocked, the ui would have indicated that. I guess my stab drag hit at the same time as the opponent stopped blocking or ran out of stamina. Usually such hits are blocked no problem.

Takes some time to practise, but try mouse scroll down, then press and hold LMB. If you just click LMB, It will feint into slash, but holding does transform it into a heavy overhead

Good question. From my experience survival needs speed, quick ins and outs. For this knight class is too slow, plus vanguard charging special attacks make archers cry. Knight class for holding objective/chokepoints, vanguard - for quick relocation to sectors that need assistance, taking out archers. But I agree that horn is a better ability than firepot.

Only got a hit on a horse once it's way too slow to hit such a fast target needs a faster charge up on the special for sure
