خالد بن ولید اپنے وقت کا ظالم ترین کمانڈر تھا۔ جس نے حیات رسول ص میں بھی نئے ہونے والے مسلمانوں کو قتل کر کے ان کی بیوہ سے زناہ کیا۔ اور پھر خلافت ابوبکر میں ابوبکر کی کمانڈ میں رسول ص کے بااعتماد صحابی مالک بن نویرہ رض کو قتل کر کے ان کی بیوہ سے اسی رات زناہ کیا۔ عمر اور عبداللہ بن عمر سور قتادہ تینوں صحابہ نے گواہی دی کہ ابوبکر سے مطالبہ کیا کہ اس ظالم کو سنگسار کرو۔ تو ابوبکر نے اسے بچاتے ہوئے کہا کہ اس نے اجتہاد کیا ہے۔ اور بعد میں جب انعام دیے گئے تو ابوبکر نے سب سے زیادہ انعام خالد بن ولید کو دیا۔ یہ سب اہلسنت کی تاریخ کی کتابوں میں لکھا ہے۔ مالک بن نویرہ نماز پڑھنے والے ازان دینے والے مسلمان تھے جو صرف ابوبکر کو بطور خلیفہ قبول نہیں کرتے تھے۔
