Thank You for Your message, the height of bottle depends on the height of the table, and situation in the eye. With high fluidics it will be quite high , around 105 cm on phaco step, and around 110 cm on I/A. But I adjust it in the way that anterior chamber is stable.

We recommend using the single use disposable wrench, to maintain sterility :)

23 g vit settings are: 1: core vit is 5000 cuts/min, flow 60 ml/min, maximum, dynamic vacuum up to 500 mmHg, Infusionpressure 30 mmHg 2: peripheral vit is 10.000 cuts/min, flow 50 ml/min, dynamic vacuum up to 250 mmHg, same infusionpressure 3: shaving: flow reduced to 5 ml/min, rest is the same

27 g vit settings are: 1: core vit is 5000 cuts/min, flow 60 ml/min, maximum, dynamic vacuum up to 650 mmHg, Infusionpressure 30 mmHg rest is the same, I sometimes increase the vaccum during peripheral vit an shaving. Still, the OS 4 is the most effecive 27 g system on the market

I do not use 25 g. Why? Because the difference in outer diameter compared to 23 is only 0.1 mm and you loose a lot of efficacy. The difference between 23 and 27 however is 0.2 mm and 27 g (with the OS4) is not as effective as 23 g but as effecitve as 25 g. plus oertli has the stiffest 27 g instruments on the market
