I went to Washington DC, Baltimore and other places just to take pictures on the places that appear on this intro and ... I lost all those pictures in a corrupted pendrive :(

fart sounds are funny to anyone at all ages, mature or not. A fart sound can break the awkward moments or even serious ones and put a smile on anyone's face and give a laugh. This is why farts are funny.

Leo made very serious movies like The revenant. Streep? Countless! Lawrence? She has a freaking Oscar. That table has at least 5 Oscars. And Jonah pulls this... You know what? I can no longer blame journalists who pissed Jonah off with stupid questions about him being fat. I'm not saying this is terrible. Such a classic intro. This show made Netflix.

About the opening. First we see a shadow cast over the city which means "to spoil a good situation with something unpleasant." Next we see the title "House of Cards" which means an unstable structure that will collapse. Then we notice an upside down American flag which means a nation in distress, extreme danger, warning of a threat. These images imply an approaching disaster as gloriously somber music plays.
