Can you use the generator mode while driving? I can see myself using it to charge an ecoflow or Bluetti solar generator while driving. And have the solar generator powering my dometic coolers so when I turn off the truck the coolers can run off the solar generator for a few days and when I’m back driving to a different stop I can charge back up the solar generator for the next location. The solar generator pull about 800-1200 watts

While this was about onboard, I have a different question. With that camper package how rough do you find the ride when you're not pulling. I am in mid build on an upgrade from my 2012, but debating that camper package because I drive more without than with and I want a smoother ride than my 2012 gives not pulling with that camper package. Do you have any thoughts on the ride with and without?

Yikes, mine did the same thing after about a year and a half. I live in Canada and the truck was always parked under cover, so the sun should not have been a contributing factor. Extang sent me a new one and said the ‘defect’ was remedied. That was about 8 months ago. So far so good, but this has me a bit nervous... I wonder if anyone actually received a Extang Xceed that has been standing up to the elements okay... ? Now that I’ve looked closer it seems one side is starting to lift a bit... oh brother.

Yeah can move the whole airbox with 2 clips,this video works for gas burners but the 6.7l diesel is a different story

Thank you for the video. A google search took me to the Ford Manual that indicated that Pro Power On-Board can be used while the vehicle is in motion. All outlets share the 2,000 watts. And your video provided clarity that that means the outlets inside the vehicle & in the box. A bit disappointing - total wattage... I pick up my new truck this week and will confirm shortly.

Definitely interested in knowing how the first few trips with the bike rack goes.

I'm enjoying the truck, 1,600 miles on it already and of course my brother has to tell me the 23-24 Ford Super Duty trucks have a weaker front end compared to the 2017-2022. He told me the new trucks run the M235 front axle(Dana50) when the previous years trucks ran the Dana60 front axle which is over 30% beefier. I looked it up and he's correct. I wonder why Ford downgraded the front axle on these HD trucks? I checked my front diff cover and it has 14 bolts where the Dana 60 front axle diff has 10 bolts. As much as I like the truck, it seems odd Ford would do that. Anyway, for now I'm not going to let that ruin my day. Have fun with your truck.

You can stress test with ease.. there are breakers in the system that can be reset.. I have a 2022 F-150 with pro power on board with a 7.2 KWH generator.. nice video.. very informative!

You have many white hose to pex connector which will leak in about a year. Any where u see hose to pex you need to right connector or you will get leaks in a matter of time.
