If you are starting as a fresh - Learn Manual testing first along with Salesforce Admin trailhead and do the admin certification as well. Target this first in 45 days period and look for work after that - Salesforce Tester or Salesforce Admin jobs. Once you gain some experience then you can target for automation testing.

Hi , 3rd party tools are those apps which are provided by external companies basically they sell some solutions which can be helpful for who have implemented salesforce. Consider it like apps which are available on Google play store and you add them on your phone to have more functionality. Hi Liana, Sprints starts usually with sprint planning in which we do story estimation & assignment of user stories to the development team. As a QA engineer you start creatings test cases on the total number user stories that are planned for that sprint this activity starts when sprint starts & complete that work during development phase. You perform functional testing when dev team hands over the completed user story. Then you provide sign of. Testing performed during sprint 1. Smoke testing 2. Functional testing 3. Regression Testing 4. UAT TESTING ( Peformed by Buiness user ) 5. Production smoke testing once changes are pushed in production This may depend on how big is the project and complexity.
