This was my second Prime Week and I agree it was way worse than last year. My routes were 120-130 stops (I usually do 190) but I had the same amount of packages as I would a 190 stop route. 60-70 multi location stops, and I was dropping entire totes in under 3 stops. It was insane.

4:28 The reason they do that is because the routing system is mathing out how fast you deliver and what time packages need to be places by to make the best route for you to both get packages there at the correct time/in time AND get you your 10 hour work day.

Yesterday I got 370 packages with 33 stops. 28 bags, 14 overflows. Seeing your van today reminds me when they gave me 555 packages. 35 bags and I believe 40 overflows but only 13 stops. Took me the whole dam day to finish. I don't see myself staying long either. Gotta spend them PTO ASAP!

I miss my delivery job sometimes. It was fun and i enjoyed seeing the customers faces light up or smile when i arrived with there package. It felt good seeing someone's day be made. I worked for a sub contracting delivery company and let me tell you the management was horrible. They did not care if you were out super late. They would only send help to the people they liked or were cool with. I couldn't take it anymore so i quit. I hate how most drivers decide to skip breaks because of the amount of work they have. I always took my break no matter how heavy my route was. Don't kill yourself working for companies like these, they do not care about you. They will replace you in a heartbeat. Always do your job well though, don't be lazy but also don't work too hard. I'm excited for what's next for this channel.

OK, first off you should already have your first stop ready and over flow out already and you should be marking your packages with the marker while you’re loading second of all when you go to the back door to open it it doesn’t open on the first try press the lock button on the little remote. You should know all these things guy you’ve been doing this a long time. I have my first 10 to 12 stops ready.

I work in fulfillment and man it’s so hot inside the warehouse. But drivers get the more work I feel like. But hey we did it lol.
